Building for the Future
As we look forward to Landon's centennial and beyond, we see the necessity to address pressing facility, endowment, and annual giving needs to ensure we can live our mission to the fullest, both now and in the future. To that end, we are launching an aggressive campaign to raise $50 million to support and amplify the values we hold dear.

Achieving Our Goals
Today we are affirming our commitment to boys and dedication to academic innovation – because the world will always benefit from the goodness inherent in boys and the values and talents we foster in them. This campaign will define Landon for the next century and beyond. We hope you’ll be part of our momentum.
- $52 million
- $50 million
As the current stewards and beneficiaries of such a beautiful campus, we must preserve, renew, and enhance this space. And we must ensure that it serves the needs of current and future Landon programs so that it remains a place that transforms talented boys into accomplished, responsible, and caring men.”

Transforming Our Learning Spaces
Our entire community will immensely benefit from this campus transformation. These spaces will encourage faculty and students to ask questions, explore ideas, and make connections in ways that our current academic building cannot. Landon School is undertaking a major transformation of our campus.
NEW UPPER SCHOOL - BOEHLY UPPER SCHOOL
A new 50,000-square-foot-plus Upper School will be constructed to give our oldest students a modern, expanded space that energizes and motivates learning.
ANDREWS HOUSE
This historic landmark will be renovated and relocated to allow for the construction of our new Upper School.
THE WILSON BUILDING
The current Lower School will be updated to serve as our center for the visual arts – giving students more room to imagine and create.
MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING - FREEMAN FAMILY LOWER SCHOOL
This building will be remodeled to become our new Freeman Family Lower School – providing our youngest students with a location more centered in the Landon learning community.
THE BANFIELD ACADEMIC CENTER (BAC)
The BAC will be renovated to become our new Middle School and will provide the teaching and learning spaces boys need to thrive.
Connecting Our Community
Beyond the renovations intended to better the academic experience, we are also undertaking several campus projects to improve student life and safety at Landon.
CONNECTING OUR CAMPUS WITH MINITER QUAD
The Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools will form the edges of an academic core. This will be the cultural hub of Landon and will give students a safe, inspiring space to travel between buildings, build relationships with peers, and grow.
PROMOTING SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY WITH A LOOP ROAD
A new road will encircle the inner core of campus, creating a pedestrian-friendly space for students to move easily between our buildings.
SECURING OUR CAMPUS WITH A NEW ENTRANCE GATE - HARRIET WARREN WAY
New fencing and landscaping at the front entrance will improve the aesthetic view from inside and outside campus and provide a higher level of safety.
