We are very grateful to our Landon School veterans, past, present, and future, for their remarkable service to our nation and the world. Memorial Day is a day to honor the men and women who died while serving their country in the U.S. military. It is a day also to honor veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.
Please join us in thanking Wil ’88 and Zach ’91 Warren, and their father, Ed Warren, who have made a transformational gift to support Harriet Warren Way, the new entrance and roadway that are being constructed as part of Landon’s campus master plan.
Landon School has received a gift from the estate of Alban Forcione ’56, an internationally renowned Cervantes scholar and respected Princeton faculty member. This generous gift will support capital needs in the implementation of our campus master plan. The sitting steps in the central commons of the new Boehly Upper School will be named in his honor.
We extend our thanks to George Wenchel ’65, who has established the Wenchel Family Endowed Chair for STEM. George explained that he was inspired by Brooke ’65 and Rosemary Seawell’s gift that will create a center for science, technology, engineering, and math as part of the new Upper School.
The Campaign for Landon is a $50 million campaign for new and renovated buildings, endowment growth, and on-going support of the operating budget through the Landon Fund.
The Vanessa Burchett Endowed Scholarship was established by Dwaine Alleyne ’00, Nii Amaah K. Ofosu-Amaah ’00, and friends to honor Vanessa Burchett. In establishing this scholarship, they remember Vanessa’s deep and vigilant commitment to the teaching and mentoring of Landon’s youngest bears. |
The Grayson W. Hanes '16 Endowed Scholarship was established in 2021 in memory of Grayson W. Hanes '16, son of Dana and Grayson S. Hanes.

Landon School announces a transformational gift made by Katie and Todd L. Boehly ’91 toward the construction of a new Upper School, which will formally be named the Boehly Upper School in honor of their generosity.
Landon School is proud to announce that the Class of 1970 has made a substantial endowment gift for its 50th anniversary to establish The James P. McEwan ’70 Endowed Scholarship Fund.
